What Does a Training Program Contain?

Expect to spend 2-3 days/week in a gym, or an at home gym completing a full body workout to improve posture, build strength and balance.

You should expect to incorporate some of the training time with a weighted backpack, can include intervals and uphill repeats. For those who live in flat urban environments, solutions are offered to substitute outdoor time.

There is a lot to training! Mobility and stretching, Recovery and Rest Days, Nutrition and fueling for workouts, hydration, breathing techniques and stress management. These are all topics that are included and provide the depth of service beyond just prescription of reps and sets in the gym.
How to get Started?
Start with a 30 minute phone call to discuss individual level of initial fitness, schedule parameters, personal interests and previous history.
Coaching Agreement will be sent outlining details of what is expected on both sides.
Training Programs
Custom PDF 12 Week Program
$175/Month
Workouts delivered in a PDF for 12 weeks, (4 week blocks) with every other week checkins on the phone with a coach. Exercise library included with communication supported for questions/concerns and chats about the process.
Recurring Monthly Invoices will occur after Initial Invoice.
Training Peaks Custom Monthly Program
$250/Month
Daily workouts delivered every 2 weeks with an emphasis on accountability and direction for exactly what to do every day utilizing Training Peaks. This also includes weekly 30 minute check ins on the phone.
Recurring Monthly Invoices will occur after Initial Invoice.
3 month minimum commitment.
